Tadalafil is the second PDE-5 inhibitor which came into the European market as Cialis back in 2002. The effect comes about 60 minutes after intake and lasts for about 48 hours. Compared to other active agents like Sildenafil or Vardenafil the erections are not as strong, but last significantly longer. Compared to Sildenafil the sensitivity of the dick is also better, but still reduced. Soft-Tabs

One of the main drawbacks of generic and branded Tadalafil is the long time period till the effect kicks in. The Soft-Version pushes this time down from 60 to 20 minutes. However, the user must keep the tablet in the mouth (sublingually) until it dissolves. Some people don't like the chemical sweet taste, so it would be advisable to drink something afterwards. Tadalafil with Dapoxetine

Beside the risk of erectile dysfunction which primarily affects older men, is the risk of premature ejaculation more prevalent in younger men. Both risks are addressed by this version. Unfortunately, the time span is the same as the branded and generic versions of Tadalafil (60 minutes), so taking it needs to be planned well in advance. In contrast to Tadalafil, the effect of Dapoxetine only lasts 4 hours and it is not advisable to take another Tadalafil + Dapoxetine tablet 4 hours later as this can cause painful erections, which only go away when the Tadalafil effect wears off (up to 48 hours). This means we are able to offer branded Cialis around 60% cheaper than local pharmacies.

Oral Jelly

Oral Jelly is the liquid and more tasteful version of Tadalafil Soft-Tabs so the effect kicks in after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, they are significantly more expensive than the tablet version, but due to high demand we have decided to offer this version as well. Side effects

The most common side effects are: headache, stomach upset, back pain, muscle pain, stuffy nose, flushing, or dizziness may occur. In case you notice any side effects not listed here, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Serious allergic reactions to this active agent are rare, but seek immediate medical help if it occurs.

Contraindications

Tadalafil is contraindicated for patients who take other pharmaceuticals to treat impotence or using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. Including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate as this can cause a sudden and serious decrease of blood pressure. Same applies to some recreational drugs such as poppers. This drug should not be taken by women or children as well as by patients with a known hypersensitivity to any component of the tablet.
